I really like booths because you have more room to spread out, especially if you order breakfast and you've got a stack of pancakes headed your way!

It depends on where they are. If the booths are located in the middle of the restuarant and there are tables on either side walls, then I would rather go with the tables. I like booths when they are next to walls cause I don't like the feeling of being in the middle of the place and entertainment for the customers to watch me make a mess!

I like booths. However I am now pregnant and will be asking for a table soon. It is hard to slide in a booth when you are larger.

Tables because then you don't have to sit closer to the table and not have any back rest, which makes your back tired out after a while. It seems much more comfortable and inviting at a table rather than being closed in a booth.

Tables for me. I can adjust my chair, I can put my coat over the back, I don't forget about my purse, and it's easier to get up to use the restroom. And I like the fact that a server can move around a table instead of having to stand in front of a booth and reach over everyone. I guess I just like table service better.

booths! great for a family but go for a table if you are having a party with a bunch of people

I prefer Tables instead of booths. it is suitable for all my friends (16 - 20) usually we go to pub's or Hotels. the booths are for the couples where they can maintain privacy.

i like tables because it is hard to get out of a booth if you need to go to the bathroom or something and you're sitting in the middle, especially those long boothes like in applebees.
