I actually meant a 2 piece rough in. . . it won't let me change the wording. The rough-in is in a poured concrete basement.

were the 2" pipe comes up thru the concrete floor start cutting the floor up.Install a 2" tee at this location run the pipe under the floor on a 1/4" per foot slope back towards the tie in point. when you get behind the tub install a 2*1.5*2 tee rolled up on a 45 degree this will be the vent for the tub and then install a 1.5" p trap in the correct location off of this tee. or better yet hire a licensed and bonded pluming contractor make sure he has a permit and inspection for this work you can do all the grunt work to get the area ready for him.

Sure, what you can do with out a bunch of breaking concrete is to raise your tub area lets say a 2x6 height. Take your drain off the sink drain if it comes out of the concrete and not armed off the toilet vent. Your tub drain should be close enough so you shouldn't have to worry about a vent.
Another option is if you have a floor drain that goes to your sanitary sewer you could use that trap for a shower and I suppose the tub too. It is already trapped and with in the allowed venting distance.
The water is not a problem.

The rough in is a full bath construction but usually quite small. We had ours done when we finished the basement in our last home and it's quite expensive. The cement has to be jack hammered up and the rough ins relocated to the space you design the toilet, sink and shower to be. We didn't go overboard with the space but wound up with an open easy to use space for around $6000. That also included the framing, wiring, sheetrock, paint, floors, counters/sinks, closet, shower and stool, towel racks, mirror, lighting and door. Moving the rough in was the most expensive part of the project but it was worth it.

Take the top 2 panels off and sheet rock to the tub. Edit what do you mean by 3 pc lav, toilet shower stall or 3 pc show unit.

:-( Nope - I haven;t been able to find a decent 3 piece set for ages. The cats took over the last loo seat cover I DID manage to get!
