People who yell, scream, and act like blowhards do it because they have nothing going for them.

I'm not sure that other world leaders would take too kindly to having their microphones shut off while O'Reilly shouts at them to shut up.

This is impossible to imagine, as is his chance of ever becoming President. He just has to be satisfied with his career as a loud-mouth, rabble-rousing blowhard spouting radical right rhetoric.
