Ellen has it right, they are all incorrect if only because announced is spelled incorrectly each time.

If announced were spelled correctly and the letter "t" capitalized in example "a", that would then be correct.

a) there needs to be a space right after the comma.
b) there should be no space after the first set of quotation marks, also, teacher should not be capitalized.
c) the one space is in the wrong place.

ALSO, they're all wrong because "announced" is spelt incorrectly each time.
