I just back from short trip in Scandinavia countries, I can say this is cold summer there. Mostly sunny and breeze, sometimes clouds, windy and light shower. Temperature is about 16 C. It is perfect time to take vacation there.

What is the weather like in Stockholm Sweden in July and August?

Although the climate's changing and it's much warmer in the north than it was before, I would say July and August are rather cold in Stockholm. It's just my private observation.
If you're planning a trip, remember to take some warm clothes, jacket and an umbrella too.
But I wish you a sunny weather and nice stay after all :)

Hi!
It varies a lot from year to year (+day to day)

When it is hot - tanktop and short, and you still feel warm: ~32C
When it's cold, you need jeans, t-shirt, longsleeves (+ jacket if you are cold ): ~12-14C

Usually, the temperature drop in the evening so I bring someting to pull on my shouldes if I'm out late.

For a one week trip to Sweden in July-Aug, I would definetly bring 2 long sleeves and a jacket (light one) + standard summer clothing!
