down to 195 from 235 in 3 months....are those good results?

no soda, no sweets. alternate running and resistance training all week. shoveling barn stalls (horse lover...), just working my a$$ off in general. I eat three times a day and I watch what I eat. No gimmicks, no goofy fad diets, just old fashioned hard as h311 work. Regular old 64 oz of water a day...but you'd be suprised at what cutting out sweets and pop and getting active will do....
