I have all of the P & D state quarters from 99 until now. how much are they worth? All are uncirculated?

They are all incased on panels. In a book from the Postal Commemorative Society

Probably 25 cents a piece.

There are lots of folks collecting those quarters. Enjoy them. But if you purchased them for an investment, you're gonna have to wait a very, very long time. Rarity makes things increase in value.
