You should just tell her that you noticed an unusual smell when you went down on her.. she may not even know it, and it might be up to you to tell her.. she will probably be embarrassed about the whole thing, but will appreciate that you told her, Im sure.. she may have an infection that needs to be treated and if you don't tell her it could get worse... If all else fails... buy nose plugs... just kidding... You can do it!! Good luck...

There can be an odor if you do not change your pad often enough (every 2 to 4 hours). The odor is caused by the menstrual discharge mixing with air. It is also very important to take a bath or shower every day. Have you considered using tampons for menstrual protection? Because the tampon collects menstrual fluid BEFORE it leaves your body there is very little odor.

It could be anything from a yeast infection to her natural smell.
Talk to her, man. Don't be mean, but tell her.
If you can have sex with someone, you can talk to them about sex.

she could have some sort of infection...maybe a yeast infection? she may not be cleaning herself properly down there, either. the smell also can depend on what foods you eat.
