well i received a money order today and i dont know how to cash it, im under 18, i also went to my neighborhood wal mart and they said i need an i.d, could i bring my school i.d or just let my mom cash it???also the money order has my name on it. help me plaese

It's just like cashing a check. I don't think you have to be 18 by law. Go to a bank with you student picture ID. I would think they would cash it for you. Your mom could probably cash it for you at the market if she goes to a place that knows her as a regular customer.

Take your mom to Wal-Mart with you, since your name is on it.

if you are alive and can prove (or an adult with you can prove who you are) age does not matter.
