She was a waitress at Central Perk, the groups hangout. That was durring the first few seasons, until she went to work in fashion at Bloomingdales and Ralph Lauren. And then in the last season she moved far far away =(
Joey was an actor
Monica was a chef
Ross was a paleontologist
Phoebe was a massager person (i cant spell what its called lol)
and Chandler was... well he worked in an office building, thats all i know.

Racheal got a Job as a waitress at Centrel Perk in the first episode. She worked there for a while, but in one episode Joey and Chandler tell her to quit and get "the fear". After that she went after a career in fashion. Worked at a place called Fashionista Fashions, then worked at Bloomingdale's, Worked for Raulph Lauren, and in the last episode she got hired by Louis Vouiton but got off the plane. You don't ever know if she ends up working for them.

She worked in Central Perk as a (bad) waitress then she worked in fashion and finally worked her way up to a buyer for Ralph Lauren .She gave it up for Ross.She was transferred to Paris but couldn't leave Ross

she was a waitress way early in the series and wasn't exactly her career just a way to yearn some money. She then became a personal shopper at in a fashion store, then went it to fashion and worked for ralph lauren.
