Iam buying a house...and I have another question: I did the electrical inspetion , and I paid for it..is that right, or the owner of the house is the one who shoul do the inspetion? did the real state agent should be present in the inspetion?

If I were the broker... about 14 days. Yes, pay for your own inspections. It esnures that you get accurate info when buying your house.

I usually tell buyers to plan for 30-45 days but if you have completed the inspection here is the question to ask your lender. "Am I approved yet?" if so the only thing left is to get the survey done and then for the Lender to approve the amount of money you want to borrow vs the value of the home! Good Luck.
ps. regarding -inspection. You are the one who cares what condition the house is in, they are leaving! so it is typically the buyer. Negotiable but, in your place I would want to be able to choose and attend myself! The REALTOR doesn't need to know how to shut off the water! power, gas. You Do!

The buyer is the one who pays for the inspection. It's a protection for you, to verify that everything is OK. And the real estate agent would not normally be present for the inspection - they might, but aren't usually.
