Yes I would say it is. Try turning the situation around and see how much you would like being stalked. I think its downright CREEPY! I'm sure there are better more adult ways of getting the information you need. You also need to consider what you are doing to the childs mother or is the child just an afterthought?

You need to ask a lawyer to define stalking in detail. If I were that wife, I wouldn't want my husband and his new wife following me.
