the deal is still not confirmed yet...garnett has to ok it you know
i know he doesn't have a no trade clause but the wolves will respect his wishes and may not send him where he may not want to go
but if garnett does agree and the deal is final and KG ends up in boston
WOW they will win the eastern conference fsho
In the eastern conference anything is possible...you got 3 premier scorers dayummm thats one helluva lineup, they'll wreck havoc in the east
all 3 are unselfish and are hungry to win a championship...if they get better in their defense and kick it up a notch...watch out!!
PG Rondo
SG Allen
SF Pierce
PF Garnett
C Perkins/Powe/Gomes (will be determined in training camp)...dayummm i have to admit thats a scary lineup to go against

Wont win any championship. 3 aging stars, with no legitimate point guard to run the show. With Pierce, Ray's productivity will go down, and chemistry will be an issue. For who trusts a franchise that made all the moves to get younger, and then shipped out their young talents to get aging veterans who are known to have complained about them not winning and wanting out.
And with the Bulls being scary and the Cavs most likely repeating what they did last season, with the Knicks composing a high scoring front court with shoot first guards who , given the right circumstances, can shoot the daylights out of any team, not to mention a healthy Wade and still effective Shaq, with the Pistons coming back strong, I d say that KG's chances of winning are pretty slim.
and I am not even gonna talk about the Wild West teams here.
Now I respect KG and do want him to win one, but I just don't see it happening anytime soon. They are not even known for their defense, and the team doesnt have an identity.

Yeah, I'm sure people in Boston will start paying attention to the Celtics now including me. The last few years has been dismal for the Celtics. With the Sox and Patriots, some people even forgot they existed.
But now, people are going to start flocking back to the Garden.

No.
Why?
Too Old.
Cant Coexist with Paul Pierce.
No Point Guard.
San Antonio Spurs/Phoenix Suns/Dallas Mavericks/Utah Jazz.
Even if they get past through the lousy Cavs and Heat, they will be stopped by the Pistons.
if not, then aforementioned Western teams will destroy the Celts.

YES the Celtics are more worthy to go to the finals then any of those sad excuse of a team in the east, except the Pistons, they were the only worthy ones.

The Celts will be the most improved club going into next season if the deal is done, but three players a team doesn't make.....they need a better bench to go from possible division winner to title contender.
