It's okay as long as your not oogling the woman with your tongue hanging out and you're panting like a dog. A secure guy with a woman that turns heads is a total ego boost for the guy.

Its better not to watch any woman that is married whether the husband doesn't care if you look or not. Take a nice glance or a quick sneak a peak at her but don't drool over her.

Most men that get upset its only because they are totally not comfortable with themselves and whether it be male or female they feel that they have major insecurities within themselves. I know- I've been there but my friends and I joke more in a flirtatious manner and it made old bf's uncomfortable all the time... >shrug<

I think the key is discretion. Women like to be admired by men. Men like to admire women. Nothing worng with that as long as you are discreet and not openly ogling and drooling.
I like it when a man checks me out, my husband doesn't mind because he knows who I belong to. Some men are insecure and get upset, which is why you need to look casually and discreetly.

I use to think it was alright to look at a girl when she was with her man. After all you are just looking.
But my current man thinks it is rude and disrespectful. He may be right.
I think it is just a guy thing. Some are going to be alright with it but others aren't.

If I am out and see a pretty girl I will check her out but women do the same and lady's don't tell me that most of you don't. Its just normal.
