what is rare game pieces on subway scrabble?

what letters are rare and easy and what are the odds of getting it because it doesnt say in the official rules.

The quantity of each prize (and therefore qty of the rare letter) is listed next to each prize in parenthesis:

Rare pieces that I can confirm:
'B' - Subway Cash Card (130,000)
'P' - Either Travel Folio or Classic Scrabble (5,000)**
'F' - American Airlines Vouchers (125)
'V' - Beaches Resorts Vacation (10)

Unconfirmed:
'U' or 'W' for $100,000 cash prize (10)
'T' or 'O' for iPod Shuffle (500)*

*please note even though I can't confirm which iPod shuffle letter is rare I'm guessing it's 'O' because there's a 'T' for sale on ebay at the moment

**Please note that 'P' is rare for BOTH scrabble board game prizes so you have a choice of which word to play it on. I don't know if there are 10,000 'P's total or just 5,000.

I've confirmed the rare letters by playing the game so often already. It is conceivable that I may be wrong on these but the odds are against it.
