If Vick is not guilty in the end who will apologize to him for all the people "dogging" on him. He has to lissen to meny people about HIS problem before he sees a day in court. I posnally think PETA is liveing off of this and they are getting their 15 mins of fame. Thats who i think should apologize (PETA) if found not guilty.

Who do you think should apologize?

i know who won't. all those dogs that he and his friends killed because they weren't " up to snuff". you gotta see this for what it really is. he is guilty as guilty gets. if not, I will apologize for sure and even ask his forgiveness if given the oppurtunity.

I agree with Tater about your grammar and spelling....

As far as Michael Vick, no one needs to apologize to him. He was accused of a crime, and people are going to speculate about his guilt or innocence. Michael Vick is a "celebrity," so people are going to talk more about him than if he were some Joe Blow on the street. However, just because people talk about him and think that he is guilty does not mean that he deserves an apology if he (by some miracle) would be found not guilty. I say "by some miracle" because of the federal prosecutor's 95% success rate in gaining convictions, as well as what came out today about his co-conspirator pleading guilty and signing statments of fact in the case.

As far as PETA, they don't need anyone to "live off of" or to talk about so they can "get their 15 minutes of fame." PETA has been around for years and years making a stink about everything animal related, and their 15 minutes of fame has come and gone many times. They'll never go away.

Its like this... the reason they (Vick supporters) are pulling the race card now is because of the fact that they really have NOTHING to back up their "Not Guilty" plea. Why do you think they opted to not go with the speedy trial? If Michael Vick KNEW he was innocent why wouldn't he agree to get this done and over with... especially after the commish banned him from training camp which is where he wants to be oh so badly. If he's innocent he shouldn't have anything to worry about, but no... he opted to wait until November 26th to give his defense team all the time in the world to come up with something... ANYTHING that will get him out of this. I'm sorry but by Vick choosing to wait 6 weeks to get his trial started... he's pretty much just admitted guilt with out even knowing it. That is why they are pulling the race card... because every non-white person knows, when all else fails... pull the race card.

This is the risk he runs by being a celebrity - people will talk about him, for good or for ill.
The only time someone needs to apologize to him is if they knowingly make an untrue statement (such as libel or slander). Simply announcing that he has been accused of a crime is not slander - it is fact. Stating your opinion on his guilt is just opinion, and only carries as much weight as the listener chooses to give it.
It's totally premature to call for apologies - as you said, he hasn't been tried or convicted or cleared yet, so we can't say for sure he's guilty or innocent. We can offer our opinions, but that's all.

Yeah, and who should apologize to OJ Simpson, too?

I know the crimes don't compare, but the concept does. Vick could be found not guilty but still BE guilty. The evidence is all there, and he doesn't deny any of it - he merely denies that there's anything illegal about it. If he's found not guilty, he's still scum.

I don't think anyone should apologize to Vick. I do however think that someone should apologize to the readers of your question for the misspelled words and poor grammar.

No one should appologize to him even if he's found not guilty. Even his co conspirater pleaded guilty. Hes guilty but hopefully won't get away with it like OJ did. Read the inditement!!!!!!! It makes me feel sick to my stomach that someone can have that much money and needs to tourture dogs for entertainment. Read the inditement so you can know the exact details of the case.
