If he cheated on your neighbor with you, he will cheat on you with your neighbor. Don't start a relationship with cheating and lies. Leave him alone and find your own man. Will you still love him when it's not a secret?

You know he is in a relationship, so you should back off. Not easy, if you think you are in love, but you should find a man of your own. Learn from this, and ask yourself - what do you really want? A man who has already shown himself to be a cheater, and could do the same to you without a second thought, or do you deserve someone with integrity, someone worthwhile ???
Oh, and your part in this tryst doesn't reflect well on you.

Well the first thing you have to do is confess, even though it's the toughest thing you'll do. You have to stop it, tell him that it's over b/c you don't want to hurt your neighbor. If your neighbor gets so mad that she doesn't want to talk to you fine so be it. It'll be out of your system. Just don't start fighting with the person. Now with the boy, tell him that if he wants you, than break up with the neighbor first. And that's it. Be careful.

you don't do anything, if he loves you back, let him deal with his current love life first and then you...by the way, sure what he feels for you is love and not lust? I found that guys who cheats can not be trusted. if I were you, I will be very careful and keep my eyes open at all time even in my sleep if he becomes my bf.
