i always find penny in the middle of the road and ever that i can remmenber i always picked it up my friend says is bad lucki just think she is very superstition or want to scare me.

I've always been told it's meant to be good luck - a sign more good fortune is coming your way.
Doesn't apply in my country, now, though. We did away with 1c and 2c and 5c coins, so the smallest you could find that's any uuse would be a 10c piece/'dime'!

Finding pennies are usually good luck, especially if they are heads up.
But don't pause in a roadway to pick one up, because getting hit by a bus is very bad luck.

There are some people that are very superstitious... And there are stories that are really old.. But finding a penny mean that you are a penny richer... period..................................
