N2O has a boiling point of -88°C and a critical temperature of 36°C degrees Celsius. This means that, in room air (20°C), N20 is a gas, but because it is below it’s critical temperature, it can be stored under pressure as a liquid.
It freezes at about -90°C.

Any gas can be frozen just as long as you either get it cold enough or you put it under enough pressure.
