I am the 2nd owner of a honda civic and unfortunate enough to have to replace the clutch after 10,000 miles of driving it (its at 50,000 now). How different will it feel? What will i notice the most? will it be faster? :)

the only thing you,ll notice about it ,is that it will take a lot better and not slip,or chatter other than that it will drive about the same, that and you wont have the worry of it going out on you at least for another 100 thousand miles,or so,good luck on it.

I would hope it drives alot better and quieter after changing the clutch. If not then maybe something else is wrong or you just forgot how it used to drive before the clutch went out??

Just the release and take up points should be different and if properly lubricated the clutch should feel easy to push.

You should feel no change at all, kind of like changing the oil. The only difference will be that you can keep driving.

You shouldn't notice any difference besides the problem that caused it to be replaced is gone. ie, if it was slipping it shouldn't slip anymore, ect.

you only change a clutch when it quits working or starts slipping, so that should remedy those problems
