My little girl has a pageant coming up and for some reason I am so out of ideas. There's a pageant theme in which the kids have to dress as if they are seling or marketing something. One little boy last year was dressed in a popcorn box costume since the idea was that he was selling popcorn. I need something really adorable and nothing ordinary. I'm open to any creative ideas.

Regardless of what you pick make sure she can walk easily in the costume and see totally.
I would suggest you have her sell cereal. Around her waist could be little boxes (from those multi choice ones) of ceral of various kinds. In one hand would be a LARGE spoon like one for cooking and the other would be an empty gallon or half-gallon of milk. Her head dress would be a banana. One shoe would be sugar and the other sweet/low.

she can be selling fruit and have a little fruit basket on her head and wear a shirt with fruit on it. And in the one magazine there were these fruit buttons and she can pin them all over her!!
Or she can sell ice cream and have a hat which is the ice cream and her body is the cone!!
