Tell them how you feel. You can pick and choose who your friends are. It is tough being alone, but if they really want you around, they will come back into your life. My grandfather once said, you will have acquaintances, and you will have friends, it is up to you to determine the difference. I am 28 this september, and I have to say, he was right. I have 5 people in my life that I could call a true friend and I wouldn't trade them for anything.

I would choose being alone as to being lied to every day! You seriously might want to ask yourself if having someone to talk to is worth all that. If you never are able to be happy alone then you will be too needy and have to put up with a bunch of jerks. That is what the majority of people are now. There will only be 1-2 true "friends" in your life time. Sad but true.

well, if they lie, then they aren't worth your time. it's better being alone than with liars.
and wierd isn't always a bad thing. if wierd means they like things you don't find interesting, maybe you should try to get to know them, you could find it interesting after all. or, find something else in common and just laugh at how different your interests are. good friends can be very different from you.
but in the end, even if you can't stand the other people, it's better to be alone for a little while, until you move to another stage of your life, than to try to be friends with liars.

Your "friends" are not friends and they are immature as all get-out. Next time they lie, you call them out on it and rub their noses in it.
Stand up for yourself. Respect yourself.
You can find some other people to hang out with. Find a hobby that interests you, do some volunteer work, join some after school clubs... just get away from these twits.

Don't be afraid to confront them. If their your friends they'll listen to you. Try and work things out. Give them a second try, and if things don't go well. Then making friends with new people is always exciting. Maybe their not as weird as they seem.

I am sorry you are having such a hard time with your friends. I wish I knew more about your situation so I could offer you some advice. It sounds like you could use a break from these so called friends.

Easy.........stop being friends with them. With friends like that it's better to be by yourself.
