if you work full time, 8 hour day with one hour for lunch, you are entitled to two breaks per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

I believe by LAW, it's a 15 min. break every 4 hours and 1 hour lunch break. IF you feel your employeer is working you tooo much, turn them in to OSHA

15 minute breaks in some states, 30 minutes in others (unpaid breaks usually for 30 minutes)

What does this have to do with Marriage and Divorce? Mandatory one break and it can be unpaid.
