I bring my lunch. Save money and gas that way. Oh, and don't forget saving on calories, too.

I don't eat at work, I usually have 6 hour shifts, so I eat just before I go to work, and wait till I get home to eat. Sometimes, I treat myself to a snack from the vending machine, or an agent will offer to get me some lunch.

There is a cafeteria with a short order cook and daily specials
where I work. Its' cost is very reasonable, and lunches are healthier than what I would bring everyday. So I eat there.

I work from home, so I usually eat out.
I can't stay in (at home) all day, it would drive me crazy.
You can still be smart about what you eat away from home, just takes smarts -- and control. You have to know where to get the best and most food for the least money.
