Just get on your knees, then put your face on the floor and start smacking away! If you wish, you can put a glove on, or use a leather belt.
For extreme pleasure with your pain, you can buy a spanking machine. i don't have recommendations, but you can just google it.

If by "good" you mean like a parent would give a bratty child of theirs?
You can't!
You might be able to experience somewhat of the physical discomfort. BUT there are many other aspects to a spanking. You can not experience that which a child experiences when a parent is punishing with a spanking.
