Peter Parker is a scientist too, so if you add his spider powers, Spiderman kicks Batman's *** easily.

They're both good. But, they're different types of spidermans who use there different powers in different ways.
Batman doesn't have powers. He's a rich guy who bought tons of weapons and electronics to fight evil and get revenge on the people who killed his parents. In essence, he has no powers. Think of Bill Gates sort of. With lots of gadgets to kill his enemies.
Spiderman does have powers. He was bitten by a radioactive spider. Days later he can shoot webs from his hands.
They're both great superheroes. But, being so different, there isn't really a 'best ' superhero.

definitely Spiderman...come on, now is this even a serious question? Spidey kicks Bats butt! Batman doesn't hold a candle to Spiderman!
