I really believe he is really angry that nobody ever picked him up after he left the game. He needs to vent and he probably needs CASH. He got a taste of what good money a baseball player could make and is real angry that he can't be a part of it any longer. So he writes these stories real or imaginery for one reason only CASH.
I hope he sells two books, to his own family members, so they could use them to hold open their broken windows.

Jose admits it, unlike any other players. He was 100% accurate in book # 1, so let's all condemn him when book # 2 prooves false. Till then, I'm listening to the man. Anyone remember Palmiero pointing his finger at congress, with Jose right there in the room? I'll take Jose over Rafael, thanks, please.

Well, there was never any proof while he was playing; however, his public admissions of use and the book he wrote about it would count as "proof" in any court.
