Boston is a very walkable city; otherwise the subway goes almost everywhere you would like to visit. From the Science museum there is direct T Green Line service (from Science Park to Copley, or, if you are willing to take a 5 minute walk, the Orange Line from North Station to Back Bay Station is faster and more comfortable). It is about 1 1/2 km (just over a mile) walk which can be a lovely one, either promenading along Boston's commercial and skyscraper "spine" or into the historic, brick townhoused Beacon Hill and Back Bay and via along the riverfront.

The easiest way is going to be the train with these stops in mind. You can take the Green Line, and get off at Museum, Copley, and Government Center. From those spots you can easily walk to everything within just a few minutes. Boston is America's Walking City, after all- enjoy it! Get yourself a pass and use the train, it's so easy to navigate and cheap too compared to other cities. From each station you can walk just a few minutes. Check out the website for the T, and I'm sure the people at your hotel will be able to help you too. Besides, walking around is a great way to see and really explore the city!

The aquarium is on the blue line of the MBTA (as mentioned above). You may want to plan to spend the day in that area, as the North End, Faneuil Hall are both w/in walking distance of the aquarium.
On the day you want to go to the skywalk observatory, you can take the green line to Prudential Center. Back bay (Newbury St) is near there. Actually the Boston Common is also w/in walking distance from back bay.
Have fun!

I live in east boston, one stop away from the aquarium, blue line, and I can tell u that its not that hard to get around. basically just find a train, blue line or green line, and go to the aquarium stop off the blue line. then take the blue line to government center and switch to the green line. that will take you to Science Park which is the museum of science....also, there are plenty of MBTA security around the stations that would be happy to help you. good luck!

Sorry. i won't be in a position to get there. yet while all and sundry might % to flow to them and scream "technological information!!!" OR "Darwin!!!!", right here is the handle: creation Museum 2800 Bullittsburg Church Rd. Petersburg, KY 41080 I forgot to show that this museum can not learn itself to the Museum of organic history (the two in Washington or ny.) it somewhat is pseudoscience and a comedian tale, not a museum.

The Boston train system (called "The T" in Boston) will take you to all of those points and just about anywhere else in the city proper and surrounding areas you want to go.
