try start run
in the run boxType in intl.cpl
then in the window this brings up the middle tab is languages. click the details button this should bring up a drop down box to allow you to choose english.

I am assuming this part of vista is no different to XP

Hope this works

Ok honey this is the best I can do. If you can bring up a 'search'

idioma = language - maybe if you copy and paste that into the search it will bring up the language function.

inglés = English - maybe if you look for this option in the list it will turn your OS into an english OS.

Its the best I can do and the only thing I can think of, I truly hope this helps :)

If you open up the computer's program center for changing the way your computer responds and open up the language center, you will be able to cnange from Spanish to English.

Same as Easy Peasy's answer, that's how to do it.
