Considering it is Monday, which is laundry day, there will be something simple for dinner tonight. I am thinking about a large pot of spaghetti with Ragu sauce. We will be having bagel bread instead of garlic bread. For this evening's dessert, chilled Dole's Fresh Fruit consisting of pineapple, mango, and peaches.

Tuna with Dijon on flourless Ezekiel bread. Some black olives and ff cottage cheese on the side and probably a sugar free, calcium fortified Jello Pudding cup.
