There is a lot of hoo-haa about christmas shopping early and in the sales! Which I think is a marvellous idea but most people don't want the worry of christmas shopping until, well, christmas. So it's up to you. If you see things in the sales you think would be good for someone get it! But if it's clothes, their tastes may have changed or fashion has changed in the 21 weeks. You never know.

My wife starts hers in the January sales & buys all the leftover Christmas paper at a cheap price.
She now has all her presents up in the loft wrapped & labelled.
I wish I could be like her but sadly as like other years, I shall go down at the last minuet & pay the high Christmas prices.

I'm looking at stuff. It's better to get things now before the prices jump out of this world!

That's the last thing on my mind, as I don't see what the fuss is all about. I don't mean to be Miss Scrooge, but I think Christmas should be cancelled, as it put people under lot of pressure to spend money they haven't got so that they can please their loved ones .
Have you noticed that suicide rate is usually on the high after Christmas?
