Yahoo Answers. Hard to go a couple of days without getting on to see what's up.
Sex is an easy one, everyone finds pleasure difficult to give up. I do believe psychologists have said that the same brain function that makes humans find sex pleasurable, is responsible for our addictions to drugs and destructive behavior. Any surprise there?

Sex is very addicting, also becoming enbrangling or just quite debauching when it is too immoderate or "five againt one".
Breathing exercises may also be addicting, and they may bring about a sense of unexplainable happiness and a sense of being illuminated.
Also normal but intensive work is very addicting and may bring about some sort of disability.
It is because while we are intensely doing one or more such activities we are reported to produce endorphins which are reported to be highly addictive.
