Its a compliment. She has a pretty and friendly face. Dont pay attention to the "fat" comments as they are really mean spirited. She may have been going through a rough time, which we ALL have. And if she doesnt loose the weight that is her decision and we shouldnt be so judgemental.
People who have to point out the faults of others are insecure in themselves. She has an amazing career and a wonderful disposition and personality! Definately something to be jealous of. :)

I've been told the same.
I was weird about it at first because she has such a wholesome goodie goodie look. But oh well. People say they like her smile, so I take it as a compliment.
BUT, if someone tells you you sound like Rachel Rey, I would not consider that a compliment at all.

If it was a compliment as in I look like her (facewise), that would be a compliment.
But if you were talking about all around bodywise, then that would be sort of an insult since she gained some weight over the last year or so. I believe she's starting to lose it now, but she was getting chunky for a while.

I think she is pretty! definitely a compliment.
If you are told you act like her- still a compliment, I would rather be too perky than depressed
