I have a certified therapy dog, and we go and visit sick patients in a hospital. We visit 3 different rehab units, and a brain injury unit. Some of the patients are really sick or injured and have been in the hospital for a long time. It makes them feel better to have my dog love on them, and lay in bed with them for a little bit. I know it isn't much, but I like to think we are helping these people get better faster.

My family owns a small ice cream business and we give ice cream away to people who aren't capable of buying it and I bring clothing and toothbrushes and soap and what not to people who need it the most around my business. Also I am a huge environmentalist so I carpool people I know and use energy efficiency in my everyday tasks...

My daughters and I pick up trash off the ground.We cut the plastic rings from coke bottles,cause the ocean animals can get stuck if they get it on their heads.We plant trees and flowers,that helps the ecco system..We just love the outdoors,bike rides and walks.

I talked to some teens who didn't want to do anything with their lives and now they're wanting to go to college!
I also talked a really young girl out of trying to get pregnant.

I didn't through my cigarette butt out my drivers window. And I sent flowers to an old lady who is alone. I don't know her.... but know of her. I prayed for all souls.
PS...I would have taken the flowers to her, but am having pain troubles today.
