I've finally gotten a interview for a high end lingerie store looking for sales associates. But I'm completely bummed on what to wear? I'm meeting the manager for coffee tomorow. I want to be professional but still trendy since it's the fashion business. And I dont own any good black pants right now so those are out of the quesiton. ANY suggestions PLEASE?

A] Always dress for a level UP for the job you apply for.
B] never wear denim to an interview unless you are doing construction!
C] no bare shoulders, cleavage, nipples, tummy, whale tail or camel toes should be visible.
1] You don't have to be too trendy, since he/she won't see your underwear. Wear a nice suit, dress pants, or skirt, not necessary to be black. A matching jacket is good.
2] wear a top in a flattering color - one that flatters your face, like a bright or pastel. Make sure it is an 'adult' style [ not layered camis, or printed or baggy T. ] A fitted [ woman's ] T or blouse would work.
3] add hose, and some professional style shoes - closed pumps, polished flats are good.
4] wear quality earrings, and a necklace or bracelet.
5] Hair, makeup, nails should be well-groomed, of course.
Good luck!

To give a good impression during the interview, no matter whether it is the fashion business or not. Pant suit a dark navy or black color will always do.

I'd get a good idea of what people already working there normally wear and go with that. If you need to, I'd go out and buy a pair of black pants - if you don't get the job, hey, at least you've got some nice pants right?

do you have any suits? those are good. You don't want to go too slu*ty, but you want to look feminine and attractive. Grey pants are interchangable w/ black, for the most part...w/ a blouse of some sort. Cute, but closed-toe, shoes would be ideal.
If no pants, a flippy knee length skirt, in a solid color, would prolly be good, again w/ a button up/blouse that's fitting, but not too tight.
