my kids and i say it to each other after every call.
my father always said it and my brothers and i say it to each other too.

well when i was in sixth grade i didnt know what real love was so after every phone call i would say i love you to my boy friend (believe me i had alot of bfs back then)but i have noticed that most of the time young love doesnt seem to last so i have had a bf in 2 years because right no i focus on school before any relationship! And now im getting into the big leagues (high school)

In my family we do say "love you" before ending a call. The exception would be those quick calls about putting out the trash or something.

I say I love you when I get off the phone with boyfriend, mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, cousins, best friends.
Me and my boyfriend realized we didn't think about it when we said it. So we started saying I love you instead of I love you too. You have to think about it to do it. It makes it more real, instead of just throwing it out there.

Tickle my tan fur I never noticed but it depends who is on the other line when I talk to my grandparents or my parents or anyone in my family I say bye love ya'll.

So why would I want to tell the person at the electric company that I love them. That also goes for the Insurance & Gas company too.

hmmm...I must be old I do and so does my husband. When he is a t work daily and we have our checking in call. If it is our pick up something on way home and we havee already talked and said it in earlier call then it is implied 2nd time around.

Some do, but love is over-rated lately. After all, love is nothing more than a feeling we choose to offer to someone else and when rejected, we cry.

My mom does... i swear i can talk to her 50 times in one day and everytime she will say I love you. My dad is the same way. Although i don't talk with him as much in one day. Do you say I love you first? that might help.

My boyfriend and i do, he won't hang up unless i say it back. He even says it in the morning, lunch time, when making love and before he go's to sleep- I am very lucky! I don't say it back to him that much-maybe i should ?

Not true, I say it to my guy each time we speak on the phone, and often to my parents and grandma.
