Would it be better to take physical science or biology first?

Physical science as in physical science... Not physics...

Physical science is a combination of chemistry, biology, and physics (at least in middle schools and high schools when it's offered as a separate class).

I would take Physical science first, then take biology later. It's what I did, and I ended up with a bio degree in college.

Physical science includes Physics and chemistry (and of course the maths that goes with it to solve the problems). So, choose wisely now.

It doesn't really matter. At the introductory level, they are pretty much independent. Choose the best teacher first (in case they leave, and reduce the risk a bad teacher turns you off on science). Whatever makes your schedule work better.

In terms of college success, it doen't seem to matter, take what interests you most. What does count, no matter what your scientific interest, is math. Get as much as you can, as advanced as you can, as soon as you can.
