They aren't going to hatch at all unless there is a Male betta, whose built a bubble nest, to fertilize them and store them in the nest...sorry.

Provided that you do have a male to build the bubblenest, fertilize the eggs, and place the eggs into the nest, they should hatch in 2-3 days.
Your first problem will be feeding the fry, though, if you don't already have an infusoria or micrworm culture set up. You might try hatching some brine shrimp, but these will be too large for most of the fry to eat at first.

If the male betta didn't build a bubble nest, then the eggs will die and won't hatch. If he did build a bubble nest, he'll take the eggs and spit them into it. It'll take about 2-3 days for them to hatch. When they hatch, separate them into another tank and feed them brinie shrimp or fry food.

With whats most others say, with no male betta, no baby betta. Also, if they are going to hatch, I think you should really talk to someone at the Pet Store.

What Jon said. He's right. I'd be totally surprised if a female even laid eggs without a male to breed with.
