I try so hard not to besause it ends up eating me alive . It is bad for my health. It makes my tummy knot and my head hurt and it doesn't bother the other person a bit. Forget and Forgive if at all possible. The last person I could not forgive---died. I tried hard to forgive, but never quite got there. I am still very sorry she died. She OD by accident.... (Nothing to do with me)a former family member.

I can get over most of them, but I do hold on to people that have wronged me, and I hold a huge grudge against them.I need to just let go but sometimes it is very hard.

I get pissed and then get over it. I was recently beat out of an inheritance, so I am holding a grudge about that, and don't see it ending any time soon.

No, I do not hold grudges. I usually move past things pretty smoothly.

Grudges are such a waste of time. If I have the choice to stay mad at someone or stay friends with them... I would choose the latter one.

Unless, I really really don't like you. Then you can burn in a fire and scream my name for help but i'll just laugh.

I've done it before. =)

I wouldn't say I hold grudges, but I don't forget either, and it certainly makes me wary of people who have caused me harm in the past. I tend to avoid them as much as possible.
