This is just connected to answers. I read all messages and best answers...the rest is redundant drivel about extending questions oh and violations SMH is my mentor on them they have their own file and are mostly unread.

I have 3747 Unread Messages from Yahoo! Answers and 1 Bulk from some random person. I don't read most of it like you. I just read the notices about best answers and violation notices. And as for new answers I like to read them all at once when it's time to pick a best answer :) I don't plan to do ~Anything~ with them as the Big Numbers look nice and perrrddyyy...but if it bothers you dump them and don't bother reading them. You'll fall asleep and crash your head on the keyboard and that'll hurt alot :)

I have 333 unread in my "Bulk Mail" folder - but none unread in my inbox. For some reason, I do read all my "Answers related" mails before I delete them.

I do. I would read them. Just read different amounts at a time. You don't have to read everything at once.

I used to have that problem until I changed my addy and only gave it to a select few..all those darned chain letters..ugh
