I would hope not, but I don't know enough about scalar wave technology to be able to give a definitive answer on that one. I would think that our government officials' offices would be protected from that...

Mind control exists everywhere, and people are always trying to control you. Companies pay tons of money for advertising for a reason. You don't need special technology to control people's minds. Also, the more people you group together, the easier it is to control them. Sheep move in herds.
