WARNING: BunnyFooFoo serious time here

Ok, here's the deal, I have a major resentment against a woman I know, and I know that resentment rots the pot it's in, but I can't get over it... I hate her.

She's building a new home, and everyone is being so sweet to her, and all I can think of is how much I wish the place would burn to the ground

Any suggestions on how I can get this beeyotch to quit renting space in my head?

lol... I'm not jealous of the house, I'm moving into a new home in Sept. myself and I don't have to go through the hassle she does! I just think she's evil personified and doesn't deserve good things to come into her life.

yeah, I guess I'm pretty much evil too

I'll tell you what I've done. This was suggested to me when I worked for the virtual reincarnation of Adolf Hitler, and it worked fairly well. What I'm about to write may sound silly, but I'm quite sincere.

Lock yourself in a room, grab a pillow, and vent all your venom at the pillow. And I mean VENOM. Use the pillow as a proxy for the heinous woman and just lay it out there. Be almost homicidal, and check political correctness at the door. Be ugly and vicious and downright scary, and do it until you run out of steam. By the way, if you have family or roommates, send them out to see a movie or something, otherwise you'll be too self-conscious.

This should do the trick for you -- your last quip about her renting space in your head indicates you fully realize how ridiculous it is in the long run to have this resentment. The point is, the resentment is just unexpressed anger that's still sizzling on the griddle of your mind. It's festering. By doing the anger expression I outlined, you allow the rage to finally be given its due -- and thereby deflate itself.

You'll likely still dislike the wench, but it won't be nearly as intense. And dislike is easier on your blood pressure than resentment is.

I wish you best of luck with this. I know full well how much the feelings you have suck.

Just put out a virtual "no vacancy" sign. That should do it. Why do you let this person invade your personal space? If I don't like someone, I just space them far away from me. I suspect there might be a little bit of envy there, but the green-eyed monster can also be conquered. Concentrate instead on doing something fulfilling for yourself. After all, you're the most important person that you have to please. And as far as anyone else, let the chips fall where they may. Good luck!

Separate yourself from her. It could really be that simple. You do not have to like her. However, you do have a life, and you should focus more on that than become the next fire starter and igniting things with your mind. Just relax and what goes around comes around, so if she wronged you she will get hers. You do not have to stress or push. Good Luck!

ok nicely what i might recommend is getting pal A and B collectively with you, take a seat them down and clarify what you probably did and apologise. Remind them how a great number of a large friendship the three of you had before the subject occurred and ask them to basically attempt to push it aside and look at out to repair the relationship. As for A or B's new communities ignoring you and shoving you aside, ask them in the event that they might seek advice from their communities and ask them to furnish you a huge gamble at turning out to be to be their pal. with any luck each and every thing works out in the top, despite if it would desire to take a collectively as. maximum suitable of success.

That "green-eyed monster" will eat you alive if you continue to let it! You just need to set a goal of your own and focus on that. Re=do your kitchen or bedroom. Or better yet, while she is building that home and bragging, you LOSE WEIGHT!! She will be jealous of YOU then! Always works with women!!!
Good luck with everything!

I used to feel that way about some heffer, hated her with a passion, until I realized that that biotch was not worth the negative energy she was putting upon me. Avoid the tramp all together, delete her from your life. Hatred eats you up inside, it's the worst feeling ever!

Good luck and take care of yourself.
