there's one in zuellig loop, makati. i just forgot the name.
i play badminton there and i just pay 100 bucks during weekdays and time is unlimited! but weekend rates are higher

If it's still there and if it is still considered part of Makati (and not Ft. Bonifacio), I used to play at the courts inside the Manila Polo Club near Forbes Park.
100 bucks (e.g., US dollars) to play! OMG, that is expensive unless you mean 100PHP.
