No, but Rhus is the genus for poison oak and poison ivy, if that gives a clue. Perhaps it's a tiny bit of urushiol.

I assume you are giving this for arthritis, muscle or hip problems?

I can find homeopathic information on Rhus Tox, but not the ingredients. Apparently there is no law that demands disclosure of homeopathic pet meds like there is for people.

It is most probably a combination of herbs and naturally occuring elements whose formulation is a closely guarded secret to prevent copying.

Sorry -- this isn't an answer, but why on earth are you giving your dog something that you don't know the contents of? Do you yourself normally just take things without asking what it is made of? Did you ask the so-called "homeopathic" source of this mysterious potion, what "exactly" it is made of? If that individual can't answer, then flush it down the toilet. Geez louise....
