are they a legit championship contender?
erick aybar, howie kendrick and juan rivera (their 3 key guys heading into the season) are gonna return soon...
they just swept the detroit tigers this past weekend and scored like 34 runs of them...they hit more home runs in that 3 game set than they did the whole month of july
what do guys think?

yeah i think that the angels can be championship contenders. I think i almost have the Cubs and the Angels in the world series. But you have a little bit of a problem. You got a baseball question in the basketball section.

pfffffffffffffffft!!!!!!!! yeah right!!! right now at this juncture the mariners are the scariest team in baseball and my point will be proven when they win the series that starts tonight against the halos. come on man its ok to be a fanatical fan and all but the angels are on a downward spiral right now and not playing their best baseball and the mariners are hot right now winners of 3 in a row. and don't say anything about their recent losing streak cause every team in the league goes thru a flat streatch... look at the yankees they had a flat 3 months! and theyre back like your inlaws!!!

The Angels have good pitching and their hitting is hot right now. What they lack is home run power.
