The air is almost saturated with water vapor (the humidity is high) and we feel hot because our ability to cool through evaporation of sweat (which is mainly water) is adversely affected.

A "quick rain shower" is usually associated with a hot, muggy air mass, and not with a cold front that can bring relief from heat and humidity, passing fronts often produce driving rains and thunderstorms.

So, the air is just as hot and humid after the shower, and when the sun comes back out and starts to evaporate the rainwater, humidity increases even more, making it feel hotter. It probably isn't actually significantly hotter than it was before the shower, but it feels terrible!

This is one reason why I detest those little pop-up showers!

It isn't, it just feels that way because the air is saturated with water vapour which heats up more than the surrounding air and feels hotter. The high humidity also makes it more difficult for you to cool your body by evaporation.

after a quick shower of rain the dust particles settle down and hence the scattering because of these particles is eliminated .It iis because of this the sun ray feels hotter.

Truthfully I cannot say. A great question. I'd guess that the water molecules were blocking out the beloved sun's rays, then precipitated and let the beloved sun touch you direct.

Could be because clouds reflect a small amount of the sun's rays back into space and after it has rained clouds tend to move on. Bonus fact: clouds contain no more moisture than the clear space around them, but they do contain tiny ice particles, which give them their appearance as well as being responsible for precipitation.

It's jus tthe humidity tha thas increased. Shortly after that, it will cool down b/c evaporation has a cooling effect.
