That may not be agood deal for Atlanta. They give up their future to rent a short timer and an aging pitcher. They should have stayed put and started Salty at first next year. Now they have to bring up Bryan Pena who can't throw to second base unless it's side armed. Watch when he throws, it always goes into the runner or behind him. Tex will go where the money is after next year, which won't be Atlanta.

yes they did. minor league considerations are on both sides of the deal but i dont remember the names. 2 of them are TBD(from the BRaves to the Rangers)
