Not to me. My wife got them and they look and feel fantastic. All things being equal we would all prefer natural. But age, childbirth, and gravity will have a unstoppable effect on a womans body, and implants are often the only way to get that youthful look back.

Unless you have had a breast removed or have a serious chest problem there is no reason to have breast implants. They look fake, are hard, and also are very very dangerous. I'm not a guy, and I'm straight, but I find it quite gross.

nice breasts are a turn on to most men. if implants make them better, than yes they are.

i'm not a guy, but most of my guy friends think it's disgusting.
