she is totally normal. Im 19, 5'3, and I am a 34B. B cup breasts are the norm for most women. They can be considered both large and small. My breasts actually look big on my small frame, and most people think they are a C. Since she is a small girl, her breasts probably look very good on her, so she should be happy with them :). They are the right size for her.

There is no normal. She is the size she is. Some women are big and some are small. She will be the size she was pre-determined to be. (Breasts grow until a woman is in her 20s, so she still has time).

I would say average.........I'm small and I'm taller than her and I'm a 34A but I'm also 13 and incredibly active.....running, swimming, and soccer right now.
