I would say Magneto because Magneto can control Dr.Doom because there is metal inside Doom's body and Magneto can reflect electricity. What does everybody else think?

While, I am a true Marvel fan and am aware that Magneto can control all metal and such, I think Dr. Doom is a genius and may be able to devise some way to get around Magneto's powers. If he already knows the capability of Magneto, he can somehow invent a Doomsday machine that can destroy Magneto. If it were just an ambush-type situation, then Magneto will win.

Magneto, Doom's like all metal. He could just lift him and crush him like a beer can from like a mile away.
